Job Summary
\The Senior Meeting and Events Planner plays a vital role in delivering exceptional meeting and event experiences for our clients. As a seasoned professional with a passion for the industry, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple events simultaneously, from initial planning stages to final delivery. Your expertise in logistics, budgeting, and vendor management will ensure seamless execution, while your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
\In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute event strategies, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation arrangements.\
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.\
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and reconcile accounts.\
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard against incidents.\\-
You will also be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including attendance tracking and financial reconciliation.\
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.\
- Participating in regular status meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns or challenges.\\-
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.\
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning, preferably within a similar corporate setting.\
