About the Role

The Sr Manager - Talent Management will play a key part in designing, implementing, and managing talent processes aligned with Experian's Global, North America demands. This role will focus on our Career Development track, targeting future technical leaders to accelerate innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers, ensuring ongoing development opportunities and regular performance reviews.
  • Lead the design and development of the graduate program curriculum, meeting organizational and participant needs.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding and training plans, equipping participants with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and support to program participants, guiding professional development and facilitating growth opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of the graduate program, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting on program results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Leadership, or equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Development, graduate program management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional project and program management aptitude, guiding project teams with precision and insight.
  • Strong leadership skills, including influencing, mentoring, managing, motivating, and building relationships.
