Job Description

The Customer Success Manager role at Hewlett Packard requires a strategic and experienced professional to drive growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account leadership, with expertise in consultative selling, issue resolution, and long-term account planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple high-complexity client accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional service quality, maximizing renewal rates, and driving revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to identify and address customer business needs beyond their specific role.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with an MBA or equivalent preferred. 8-10 years of experience in account leadership roles, such as sales, pursuit, and delivery, or 2-3 years in a customer success role, is also necessary.
