Your Role
You will be a key member of our Call Center team, providing exceptional support to Automotive customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Tasks

  • Research and diagnose technical problems and product questions.
  • Communicate solutions to internal and external clients quickly and accurately.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Sales, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and leads.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center customer support experience
  • Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and internet knowledge
  • Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
