As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will lead all phases of the customer implementation project lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan customer projects, engaging and empowering project teams to drive results
  • Coordinate project resources, driving performance and ensuring efficient onboarding and offboarding
  • Monitor and track action items, recording decisions, risks, and issues
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements by promoting successful experiences
