We are responsible for handling incoming calls from customers to assist them with their healthcare needs.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead calls from patients, physicians and other facility employees with inquiries and requests regarding NPWT.
  • Analyze the callers request and determine next steps using critical thinking.
  • Determine the best solution for our customers based on guidelines and expertise.
  • Support other workstreams within the organization by providing the corresponding information to the callers or redirecting to the correct team.

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced English (oral and written) C1.
  • Flexible & Adaptable - with schedule, workflow processes and priorities.
  • Able to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.

Additional Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer care or healthcare call centers would be beneficial.
