We are responsible for handling incoming calls from customers to assist them with their healthcare needs.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Lead calls from patients, physicians and other facility employees with inquiries and requests regarding NPWT.
- Analyze the callers request and determine next steps using critical thinking.
- Determine the best solution for our customers based on guidelines and expertise.
- Support other workstreams within the organization by providing the corresponding information to the callers or redirecting to the correct team.
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English (oral and written) C1.
- Flexible & Adaptable - with schedule, workflow processes and priorities.
- Able to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.

You will need to demonstrate:

Technical Skills:
You will need to have:
- Microsoft Office Knowledge.

Additional Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer care or healthcare call centers would be beneficial.
