The Role
As a Talent Operations Associate, you will analyze processes, identify operational improvements, and optimize business logistics in a high-growth environment. You will be part of a small team providing operational support to our technologists, ensuring they have the best experience during their journey with Andela.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual operations tasks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational deficiencies.
- Handle and resolve support tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Contribute to the optimization of various Talent processes.
- Assess business situations and implement process improvements.
- Maintain payroll processing systems and records by collecting, calculating, and inputting data when necessary.
Your Requirements:
- Experience in software development, technology consulting, or software product management.
- Background in administration, automation of tasks, and business processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
