We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

You will utilize your technical and communication skills to resolve multi-channel client transaction queries, identify opportunities to refer to Sales teams, and support clients in utilizing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in collecting required documents
  • Contribute towards trend analysis of calls to support strategic client experience enhancements
