You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
**How you will contribute**
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.
As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes.
In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**What you need to know about this position**:
**What extra ingredients you will bring**:
- Act as a search expert for multiple functional areas by participating in recruitment strategy to understand hiring needs, position specs and search requirements.
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to generate ideas and share information such as labor market availability & sourcing technologies that facilitates an effective search process according to assigned timeliness.
- Actively manage social media messaging on designated sites to build talent brand and marketplace awareness of Mondelez as an employer of choice.
**Education / Certifications**:
'- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources other related field is highly preferred.
**Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Shared Services (Recruiting/Sourcing experience highly preferred)
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Great communication and Customer Service skills.
- Research skills.
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on analysis.
- Desired: Technical skills including advanced databases, boolean logic, recruiting job boards
- Ability to assess talent against technical skills, soft skills, competencies outlined in job requirements
