**Job Overview**
The Front Desk Clerk-Front Desk role is a vital part of the hotel's operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations and issuing room keys.
- Manage payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
- Provide directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
- Run daily reports and identify any special requests.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Fulfill cash handling responsibilities, including counting bank at the beginning and end of shift.
