The Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Agent-Experience Champ. This position involves managing the front desk and tour desk operations, as well as implementing various initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Experiences at the unit level, bringing the location's concept to life.
  • Design and execute programs and activities to engage guests and create memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about local attractions, events, and services.
  • Promote Selina's services and products to guests.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
  • Knowledge of local culture and customs.
