At Wrike Remote Jobs, we're looking for a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the order-to-cash process and improve organizational efficiency.
About the JobThis role will involve working closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure that customer contracts are reviewed, validated, and processed correctly. You'll also be responsible for creating, checking, and sending invoices according to rules and regulations, as well as customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Review and validate customer contracts in CPQ
- Make sure customers are provisioned according to signed contracts and contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Create and send invoices according to rules and regulations, as well as customer requirements
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, using various systems such as SFDC, CPQ, Netsuite, Wrike, and Zendesk. If you have experience in CPQ and Netsuite, it's a plus We're looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Fluent English
- Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
