About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Emerson Process Management. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by resolving RMA and Advanced Warranty Order issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Flow Repair Departments and Sales Order Administrators by verifying model accuracy and entering/administering RMAs and AR orders.
  • Review customer specifications and offer alternative solutions when required.
  • Directly provide customers with an evaluation of RMA based on the RMA evaluation report with support from Technical Support staff when needed.
  • Review Commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance with prior agreements and established guidelines.
  • Process RMA Credit pre-work and review orders for technical conformance.
  • Perform accurate and timely Advance Warranty Replacement order entry into the Oracle system.

Requirements

  • Advanced student or bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) / minimum B2.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond quickly.
  • Adaptive person and understanding of systems and processes.
  • High commitment, proactiveness, and teamwork orientation.
  • High attention to detail.
