At Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl, we're seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Seller Support Associate, you will serve as the primary interface for our Veeqo customers, providing phone, email, and live chat support. Our team is responsible for delivering timely and accurate operational support on our internal platform, ensuring a first-class customer experience in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with customers. You will be proactive and solution-focused, identifying chronic system issues, providing process improvements, and recommending solutions. Additionally, you will develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment.

We're looking for someone who can work under pressure, satisfying customer concerns or frustration even in challenging environments. You will diffuse complex situations, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

About the role:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
