Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client challenges, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where sales, marketing, finance, operations, and technology teams work together to enhance the client experience through targeted initiatives and process improvements.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline service delivery, reduce costs, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a people manager in shared services or BPO environments at multinational companies.
  • Three years of experience in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • C1 English level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • COPC Contact Center Management Training.
  • UiPath Studio X Certification.
  • Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate - SFPC.
