Manage the GBS organizations responsible for the B2B Customer Service/Success efforts to ensure clients get the most value from Equifax products and solutions while aiming for a strong CX that enables loyalty and long-term relationships.
**What you'll do**
- Partner with the Business Units to troubleshoot and problem-solve any situation our B2B clients face.
- Facilitate the successful completion of the planned sprints, and ensure that all teams involved in the Lead-to-Cash Value Chain (I.e., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, etc.)
work together to enhance the client experience gradually.
- Leverage AI/Machine Learning, Automation, Google NLP, and other spearhead technologies and a strict operational cadence to deliver a cost-effective, frictionless service delivery.
**What experience you need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of experience as a People Manager in Shared Services or BPO environments at multinational companies.
- 3 years of experience in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- C1 English level.
