Accounts Payable Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Recluta Th Latam. This role is responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable operations, including day-to-day activities and functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform AP accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process company purchasing card activity and perform necessary reconciliations.
- Process AP payments and maintain accurate records.
- Handle exceptions related to vendor inquiries, balance confirmations, dunning reminders, and invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain monitoring and post-processing of OCR captured incoming invoices.
- Exception handling of expense claims in Concur.
- Provide documentation and reports to auditors for local accounting purposes.
- Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in a Shared Services role.
- Accounting Technician, Private Accountant, or currently studying a career in finance or accounting.
- Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS).
- English language proficiency C1 level.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and relevant software tools - SAP.
- Strong customer service orientation, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, highly automated environment and drive continuous process improvements.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- We are looking for a driven and focused individual who ensures quality for all accounts payable operations.
- Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and initiative when working with teams to support the financial Shared Service Center.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven, 'lean' systems environment where every day brings new projects and challenges.
