Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our Sales Support & Customer Care (SSCC) team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving complex technical issues, managing case lifecycles, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer case lifecycles to ensure accurate and timely resolution of incidents.
- Proactively follow up and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Support Renewals, Marketing, Support Delivery, and Product Management, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain the client database, keeping customer information up to date and reconciled.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service, customer support, or related technical support role.
- Basic understanding of technology-based customer support.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Higher-level education in a technology discipline or technical certifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
