About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders and providing high-standard order management support to business stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate reporting to internal customers on open orders, shipments, backlog, and accruals
  • Troubleshooting invoices with purchasing issues to ensure proper registration and resolution
  • Delivering sourcing and procurement operations in a timely and quality manner
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and internal metrics
  • Interacting with internal and external customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement
  • 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P, or similar)
  • Procurement or buying experience is required
  • SAP ERP MM/FI experience
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Innovative and team player mindset
