As a Front Desk Representative at Selina, you will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, curiosity, and growth. You will have the opportunity to work with people from all over the world, learning new skills and knowledge every day.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of amazing.
- Assist with front-of-house duties, including meeting and greeting guests, attending to their needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Help resolve customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing solutions as quickly as possible.
- Maintain the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on first aid, health and safety, and customer service best practices.
- Take on ad-hoc duties, such as bar and restaurant work, as required.
- Administer petty cash and float accurately.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Promote Selina services, including tours, shuttle buses, and rentals, to ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests.
