Role Overview

The Meetings, External Engagements, & Travel (MEET) Process Integration and Controls Manager is responsible for implementing compliant processes within LATAM. This role ensures adherence to processes and policies while overseeing compliance checks for exceptions in their area of responsibility.

This position will work closely with the Process Integration and Controls Lead, Process & Quality Analysts, MEET regional operations teams, Corporate Compliance, Legal, Audit, Finance, and business leadership as needed.

The Process Manager will lead all regionally assigned pre-audit qualifiers, compile materials for audits, and implement quality review processes for MEET systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement compliant processes within LATAM for all MEET activities
  • Ensure adherence to processes and policies
  • Oversee compliance checks for exceptions in their area of responsibility
  • Work closely with the Process Integration and Controls Lead, Process & Quality Analysts, and MEET regional operations teams
  • Lead all regionally assigned pre-audit qualifiers and compile materials for audits
  • Implement quality review processes for MEET systems

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the technology landscape that supports MEET
  • Ability to manage a large team
  • Management of multiple client stakeholders
  • Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills in managing transactions within a system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
  • Strong customer service skills and mindset
  • Understanding of compliance/financial controls
  • Ability to present to senior leaders
