Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support delivering strategic initiatives for the Global Clinical IT team. In this role, the individual will be a key member of an Agile team, aligned to a business capability in enabling PreClinical trials and systems. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated prior experience in systems analysis, SDLC, change management, and requirements gathering.
Your Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience in administration and troubleshooting software.
- Gather business requirements, write test scripts, and perform testing as needed within applications/systems.
- Configure software for new users/enhancements.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience documenting and developing within a regulated industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Support on issues during development and validation cycles.
- Manage application interconnectivity and system integrations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience as a developer and/or systems analyst.
- Experience as a member of an Agile software development team.
- Ability to generate high-level requirements and understanding of business process workflow.
- Advance English Level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing, supporting, and maintaining healthcare systems.
- Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, SDLC, change management, and requirements gathering.
- Experience in a Medical Device or Regulated Industry.
