**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our Customer Success team at Arkose Labs. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in maximizing operational effectiveness and efficiency within the rapidly growing Customer Success department.
Responsibilities include working closely with the business operations team to identify areas for improvement, driving enhancements to operational workflows, and serving as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related matters within the Customer Success department.
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and Customer Success, to build a holistic customer-centric product feedback loop. This involves refining processes to act as the voice of the customer, generating operational reporting, and providing visibility into core support SLAs and operational improvement opportunities.
Apart from these responsibilities, you will also assist in developing and maintaining documentation around the team's processes, tools, and workflows. Additionally, you will act as a key point of contact for Customer Success team members, responding to bug reports or system changes in various tools.
**Requirements**
To excel in this role, you should possess experience in an Operations role, proficiency in using Salesforce, and knowledge of customer support systems, such as Gainsight, Churnzero, or ZenDesk. Direct experience in Customer Success, Support, or Service within a contact center environment is also highly desirable.
A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills, is essential for success in this position. Strong spreadsheet skills, including large data manipulation and pivot tables, are also required.
In addition to your technical skills, you must have the ability to translate ambiguous questions or asks into actionable insights and deliver solutions. Critical thinking skills to identify gaps and prioritize opportunities are also vital.
