In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to our CEO, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and tracking expenses. If you're a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support the CEO in managing their schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  2. Arrange travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and handle any necessary visa applications.
  3. Reconcile expenses for the CEO, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and maintaining accurate records and files.
  4. Act as the CEO's primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing emails, messages, and requests, and ensuring follow-ups happen efficiently.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Administrative experience supporting leadership or a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or other organizational tools.
