About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to various processes by accurately and efficiently evaluating incoming documents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process documents in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in document processing, working closely with the team to implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring timely completion of tasks within agreed service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain effective workflows, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data management and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
