Job Overview

This Sales Enablement Associate role is critical to our customer success strategy. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides solutions to our customers in their time of need.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist sales reps and build relationships with customers to drive operational excellence.
  2. Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines with minimal supervision.
  3. Correlate account data between different internal systems.
  4. Support project improvement tasks specific to improving current state functions with internal departments and external vendors.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer technical support role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions and macros.
