As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will oversee the Oxygen Support Team, ensuring efficient customer satisfaction and team leadership. You will manage the ticket queue, implement or improve customer support policies, and support production Oxygen pipelines and new adoptions.
This role requires problem-solving with strong analytical skills to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions. A degree in computer science or related field is required, along with experience/knowledge on data engineering/ETL development working with data at scale.
You will report issues and risks to the Support Team Leader and Program Manager on a regular basis. The ability to build performance metrics for the Support Team is essential.
