At Smartsheet, we empower teams to deliver their best work. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support.

You will:

  • Provide top-notch support to our customers via phone and webform submissions
  • Be the face of Smartsheet Support, driving a positive customer journey
  • Connect with customers, recognizing individual requirements and partnering to resolve challenges
  • Deliver enterprise-level service by meeting performance metrics on speed, resolution, and accuracy
  • Follow processes and procedures, highlighting areas for improvement
  • Develop depth of knowledge on applications to support customers
  • Give and receive feedback on team processes, peers, and leadership
  • Aim to consistently achieve performance goals in areas like customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and attendance

You have:

  • Excellent command of English (B2+)
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer-facing roles supporting diverse backgrounds and locations
  • Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
  • Flexibility in working hours, as this position requires work outside standard business hours
