The primary responsibility of the Software Licensing Customer Support Specialist is to assist customers with their license fulfillment, from initial activation and delivery through expansions, migrations, and resolving issues with used licenses.
This role requires problem resolution and independent judgment, working on assignments that involve educating customers and facilitating the process of license key delivery and access requests.
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for customers and internals for resolving issues related to delivery of license keys and software.
- Responsible for providing correct license keys in a timely manner with minimal repeated communication.
- Educate customers and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to the fulfillment system.
Requirements:
- Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or 1-2 years related experience or Master's degree.
- Demonstrated verbal communication, confident telephone manner, and customer service skills.
- Mastery in English.
- Basic knowledge of microcomputer hardware and operating systems software.
- Customer-oriented ability.
- Quality and details oriented.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- An excellent team player.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
