**About the Role:**

This ITIL Expert role focuses on Incident and Problem Management, requiring the ability to solve critical or high-risk issues independently. The successful candidate will engage in and provide support for transition/transformation efforts, ensuring service delivery compliance to quality standards and committed service levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Solve critical or high-risk issues independently
  • Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions
  • Lead or participate in a Change Advisory Board
  • Oversee configuration management processes and resolve issues

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Service Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • High level of English (written and oral)
  • ITIL Intermediate level Certified (desired)
