About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing strategic joint business plans with our sellers, identifying and exploring new opportunities to drive growth across their Amazon businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and trends to identify long-term opportunities for your assigned portfolio of sellers.
  • Develop and lead business strategy, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and sellers to find joint areas of opportunity.
  • Build effective working relationships with sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria, understanding business needs of sellers, and improving team efficiency.
  • Advocate as the voice of the customer internally, using data and anecdotes to drive prioritization and deliver value across a larger customer set.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Marketing, and/or E-Commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced English level (oral and written).
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Experience using analytical tools, such as Oracle Business Intelligence, CRM tools like SalesForce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Program/project management and Scrum experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
