We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Success Manager, Strategic Account to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth for top-performing Sellers on the Amazon Store. As a Sr. CSM, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organization and ensuring Seller satisfaction through strategic insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for long-term growth and maximize potential for assigned Sellers.
  • Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and Sellers.
  • Build effective working relationships with Sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Play a consultant role, overseeing key strategic activities and addressing blockers across multiple organizations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or relevant fields within Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and/or E-Commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
  • Proven track record of relationship-building, conflict resolution, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills to guide business decisions and solve problems.
  • Ability to develop business plans and navigate ambiguous situations while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • E-commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B experience.
  • Territory/account management expertise.
  • Understanding of retail math and formulas.
  • Experience with analytical, account management, and productivity tools.
  • Program/project management and Scrum experience.
