**About the Role**
At Kimberly-Clark, we're seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective solutions to internal customers
- Identify areas of opportunity for innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage the end-to-end process for resolving user issues
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Excellent English language skills (85%)
- Portuguese proficiency is an asset, especially for supporting Brazilian clients
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
