Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
  • Manage contact lists to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Create presentations as assigned, utilizing strong visual and written communication skills
  • Perform market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Address employees' administrative queries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling systems
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Support Specialist or similar role
