Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire deal engagement lifecycle, from qualification to win. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, effective communication, and business acumen, particularly in the areas of consumption solutions and hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deal teams and represent the company to customers for outsourcing deals up to $10m TCV
  • Assemble all required resources/skills to develop proposals, pursue, and win large national outsourcing deals
  • Coordinate all deal team efforts with sponsorship of MS Engagement Director
  • Assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment
  • Proactively manage resource requirements throughout deal pursuit

Requirements:

  • Typically 5-7 years in complex IT service business environments
  • University degree preferable
  • Demonstrate knowledge of corporate organization and policies
