At ServiceNow, we are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Program Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing impactful programs that meet the needs of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Global Cloud Services leadership and team members to develop solutions that address the scale and complexity driven by AI.
- Contribute to the development of scalable solutions that align with the needs of data center and infrastructure engineering teams.
- Identify and advocate for improvements in organizational processes, raising challenges and working with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Enhance the program management function by sharing best practices, frameworks, tools, and lessons learned to improve team processes.
**Requirements**
- 4+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in a tech-focused role working with cloud infrastructure or operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Sponsorship of technical knowledge to help guide decision-making and align cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to meet shared goals.
- Experience supporting or managing smaller projects within the infrastructure space, coordinating with both technical and tactical teams to ensure success.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
**Compensation & Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
