About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Supervisor to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for supporting the Country Sales Manager in achieving divisional goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on aiding customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor strategies, and product information to support regional sales activities.
  • Selling Skills: Promote Boston Scientific products and services to achieve revenue targets, develop markets and businesses aligned with divisional goals, and identify sales forecast gaps.
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate schedules with sales representatives, monitor performance, and develop region targeting programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, respiratory therapy, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in performance and sales management, including weekly sales reviews using CRM systems and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Proven sales experience in healthcare accounts management, preferably with multi-country experience in Central America.
  • Demonstrated ability to create divisional sales and marketing plans, supervise staff, and manage high-volume workloads in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced English language skills (B2 level) and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Office-level proficiency in Excel, advanced knowledge of SAP, and valid driver's license with own car.
