**Job Responsibilities**
The Customer Outcomes Senior Technical Consultant will configure the ServiceNow Platform to achieve customer outcomes. This involves designing and delivering solutions with a technical architecture that ensures long-term success and adheres to ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
This expert will participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes. They will provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees, as well as advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 8+ years of experience in a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Industry domain expertise
- Creative problem-solving skills with a comfort level running projects independently
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Experience working collaboratively
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
