About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, requiring a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage the ATU (Sales Managers) and Account Executives communities in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, and collaborating with partners to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue, including identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular engagement and communication, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and support.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and pipeline creation, leveraging their expertise and resources to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead the development of solutions to help customers derive value from Microsoft investments, analyzing customer needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Coach and mentor others on account management and orchestration strategies, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success across the organization.
  • Facilitate customer introductions and create new points of entry for collaboration, fostering strong relationships between customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
