Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong passion for engaging in phone conversations with seller leads, converting these leads to contracts, and successfully closing transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new seller leads in the sales funnel.
  • Prospect for seller leads and nurture an existing base of leads.
  • Qualify leads into deals to generate sales revenues.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, especially with distressed home sellers.
  • Provide an excellent experience for our sellers, thereby creating positive brand awareness.
  • Work towards common company goals and meet department metrics.
  • Follow up daily with leads, including identifying and calling motivated sellers.
  • Negotiate offers with sellers, draft contracts, and ensure clear communication with the team.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills Required
