Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong passion for engaging in phone conversations with seller leads, converting these leads to contracts, and successfully closing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new seller leads in the sales funnel.
- Prospect for seller leads and nurture an existing base of leads.
- Qualify leads into deals to generate sales revenues.
- Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, especially with distressed home sellers.
- Provide an excellent experience for our sellers, thereby creating positive brand awareness.
- Work towards common company goals and meet department metrics.
- Follow up daily with leads, including identifying and calling motivated sellers.
- Negotiate offers with sellers, draft contracts, and ensure clear communication with the team.
