Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals through the effective implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of ServiceNow technical accelerators to complex enterprise customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success with our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and best practices development
  • Mentor junior team members and guide the development of new offerings for our technical accelerator portfolio

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • Strong technical and business process skills, with a focus on technical components such as LDAP, SAML/SSO, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to customers
  • ServiceNow certifications and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
