About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and successful product adoption. This involves managing assigned accounts, understanding customer success criteria, addressing questions, resolving issues, and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial onboarding of enterprise-level customers to ensure adoption and ongoing engagement.
- Implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the Smartsheet expert, providing guidance and addressing challenges related to work/project management and collaboration.
- Understand customer needs and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Lead periodic customer success reviews to confirm satisfaction, resolve issues, and expand Smartsheet use throughout the account.
- Develop tools and best practices to ensure customers realize maximum value from Smartsheet.
- Use usage patterns to gain insights, provide guidance, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve important situations as the primary interface.
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to share customer insights that inform additional sales opportunities.
- Provide expert customer insights to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales on user experience, product capabilities, features, and customer engagement processes.
