At Edwards Lifesciences, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective procurement strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and executing procurement activities to support business growth, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs, while reducing costs and improving quality.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize procurement operations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
  • 5+ Years Experience: In a senior procurement role, preferably in a medical device or regulated industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and ability to identify opportunities for cost savings.
