Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources leader to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing human resource strategies that drive business results and support the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage effective consulting skills and principles to advise leadership on talent strategies and actions to build organizational capabilities and an engaged and high-performing organization.
  • Lead or partner with COEs to deliver human resource programs for client groups to ensure the organization's current and future talent requirements are met.
  • Partner with HR Management or COEs to evaluate the organization's future workforce needs and recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
  • Proactively analyze trends and metrics to identify training needs or individual executive coaching needs for assigned client group(s) and develop solutions, programs, and policies to address these needs.
  • Participate in the interview/selection of talent in assigned client groups and perform compensation analysis to drive competitive offers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of previous related human resources experience required OR Master's degree or equivalent in a related field, and 10 years of previous related human resources experience.
  • Proven successful project management skills.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including influencing, consultative, and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recognized as an expert in own sub-function(s) and/or area(s) within the organization.
  • Expert knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Expert negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence change.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate challenging forces in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
