As a key member of Placidway’s leadership team, the Strategic Sales Operations Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales management.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations to lead our Customer Care and Operations Team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for combining sales management with operational efficiency to drive significant revenue growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Daily Operations

The successful candidate will guide the sales team in their daily tasks, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed. They will focus on modern sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Manage Sales Representatives

Responsibilities include managing daily sales team assignments such as lead distribution, sales pipeline management, proactive problem resolution, among other functions.

Drive Sales from High-Volume Leads

The ideal candidate will actively pursue sales opportunities from a large volume of leads in an outbound sales environment.

Enhance Sales Techniques

They will provide ongoing training to the team on the latest sales strategies and tools to boost effectiveness.

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

The candidate will create innovative approaches to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ensure Customer Service Excellence

Maintaining high standards of customer service to improve customer retention, satisfaction, reviews, and referrals is crucial.

Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends

Using analytics to steer the team towards effective strategies and identify growth opportunities is essential.

Optimize Sales Processes

Streamlining procedures to enhance team productivity and efficiency is key to success.

Foster Team Collaboration

Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals is vital.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales leadership experience, with significant customer service management experience.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving customer service excellence.
  • Skilled in training and developing sales teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
