Strategic Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Procurement Expert to join our team in Costa Rica. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement to drive business growth and excellence.

• SOURCE AND LEAD: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized procurement solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Category Strategy.
• COST SAVINGS AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS: Conduct spend analysis and market surveys, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• SUPPLIER SELECTION AND MANAGEMENT: Lead the supplier selection process, aligning it with Category Strategy and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND EXECUTION: Facilitate the development of Statements of Work and contractual language, negotiate and execute commercial agreements with external partners.
• BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Own and manage key supplier relationships, govern communications, root cause corrective actions, and resolve supply chain constraints.

• QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field; Business/Commercial fluency in English; 5+ years of broad procurement experience (Indirect and Direct).
