Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager. This role will be responsible for managing contracts and financial changes for accounts once they have purchased our app and become customers.

This includes annual renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations, and upsell opportunities for 250+ accounts.

Your Mission:

You will own the sales and upgrade opportunities for accounts once they become customers of Flxpoint, including upselling additional features, modules, or professional services.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users.

You will understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points, and position Flxpoint's solutions as strategic assets to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • C1+ English Level
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections
