About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Inside Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to drive growth and profitability.
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling, identifying business growth opportunities and executing growth plans.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to answer RFPs, provide proposals, and QBR presentations.
  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles, identifying opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings.
  • Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to internal support teams.
  • Travel to TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary, collaborating with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers, possessing a basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives.
  • Use project management skills to complete customer requests, demonstrating complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Able to execute instructions, request clarification when needed, and demonstrate strong data entry skills.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion, and able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and collaborating with others to build solid working relationships.
  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
