About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trilingual Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer and territory P&L, generating new business through inbound and outbound calling, and coordinating with field sales teams to answer RFPs and provide proposals to accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to successfully manage growth and profitability.
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling, identifying business growth opportunities through research and executing growth plans for the sales territory.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles for each customer, identifying opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
  • Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
  • Travel to TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary, collaborating with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers, possessing a basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives.
  • Use project management skills to complete customer requests, demonstrating complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed, possessing strong data entry skills.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, communicating clearly and conveying necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and French, negotiating skillfully and promoting/selling ideas persuasively.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, effectively multi-tasking and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others, exhibiting ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
