Order Fulfillment Role Overview
At Mondelez International, we are seeking a skilled Order Fulfillment Analyst to join our team in Latin America. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of customer orders, from receipt to delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the order fulfillment process, prioritizing customer satisfaction and service level targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance supply constraints and optimize delivery schedules.
- Analyze and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve order-to-cash processes and reduce costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Advanced level of Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
